1. What Artha Terminal Is

Artha Terminal (the "Platform") is operated by Quantrast Technologies Private Limited ("Quantrast", "we", "us"). The Platform is an analytics and information product. Its purpose is to let you see and understand a portfolio that you already hold with a licensed broker.

The Platform does the following, and only the following:

• Reads the holdings, positions, and account data that your broker releases to it, after you authorise that access on the broker's own website
• Computes and displays measures over that data, such as valuation, allocation, concentration, and historical performance
• Displays market data, corporate information, news, and reference material obtained from third parties
• Provides study material, definitions, and software-generated explanations to help you interpret what you are looking at

2. What Artha Terminal Is Not

Accordingly, the Platform does not, and cannot:

• Facilitate trading. We do not accept, place, route, match, execute, modify, or settle any order in any security or instrument
• Hold your assets. We do not hold, receive, or handle client funds or client securities. We operate no trading account, no demat account, and no client bank account
• Act for you. We are not your agent, your broker, your adviser, or your fiduciary, and we take no instruction from you in respect of any security
• Advise you. We do not provide investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or legal advice, and we make no recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or avoid anything
• Assess your suitability. No output of the Platform is prepared with regard to your objectives, your financial situation, or your needs

Where the Platform displays a link that opens your broker's own order window, that window belongs to the broker. You review and confirm the order inside the broker's system, under the broker's terms. The order is created, accepted, executed, and settled by the broker alone. Quantrast is not a party to it, receives no instruction, and earns nothing from it.

3. All Outputs Are Indicative and Educational

You acknowledge that:

• Quantitative outputs are the result of automated calculation over third-party data. They depend on the method chosen, the period selected, and the quality of the input data
• A different method, period, or data source can produce a materially different figure for the same portfolio
• Outputs are estimates. They are not statements of fact, not valuations, not audited figures, and not a substitute for the records of your broker, your depository, your registrar, or your accountant
• Nothing shown is a forecast of, or a promise about, any future outcome
• Where a figure shown on the Platform differs from the figure shown by your broker or depository, the broker or depository record is the authoritative one

4. No Advice and No Recommendation

Nothing published on, generated by, or transmitted through the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, a recommendation, an opinion on suitability, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or product. This applies to every surface of the Platform, including analytics, screens, watchlists, alerts, news, study material, and answers produced by software.

Every decision you make about your money is yours alone, and you make it on your own assessment or with the help of a professional you have chosen. If you want advice, consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser or another appropriately licensed professional. We cannot act in that capacity for you, and we will not do so.

5. Data Sources and Accuracy

The Platform depends on data supplied by third parties, including your broker, exchanges, market data vendors, and public disclosures. We do not create this data and we cannot warrant it.

• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable, and is not suitable for time-sensitive decisions
• Corporate actions, symbol changes, and index revisions may be reflected late or not at all
• A third-party source may be interrupted, may change without notice, or may itself be wrong
• We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any purpose of any data displayed

6. Software-Generated and AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Platform use artificial intelligence to summarise, explain, and describe information. Such output is probabilistic. It can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong, and it can appear confident while being wrong. Treat it as a starting point for your own reading, never as a conclusion, and never as advice. Verify anything that matters against the primary source before you rely on it.

7. How Broker Connections Work

Every broker integration on the Platform is operated under a partner integration arrangement between Quantrast and that broker, using the broker's own published interface. There is no informal access and no scraping of your broker account.

• You authenticate with the broker, not with us. Connecting a broker sends you to the broker's own login page. You sign in there, on the broker's domain, under the broker's security controls
• We never see your broker credentials. Your broker password, PIN, and second factor are entered on the broker's site and are never transmitted to, or stored by, Quantrast
• The broker decides what we may read. Access is limited to the scope the broker grants under that authorisation, and it expires on the broker's schedule
• You can withdraw access at any time. Disconnecting the broker in Settings ends the connection immediately
• Your relationship with the broker is separate. It is governed by the broker's own terms. The broker remains responsible for your account, your orders, your funds, and your securities. We are not responsible for the broker's systems, availability, charges, or conduct

8. Your Data

We read your portfolio data for one purpose: to produce the analysis that you asked us to show you. We state this plainly:

• We do not sell your personal data or your portfolio data to anybody
• We do not trade on your data, and we do not act on it in any market
• We do not use your holdings to make any decision on your behalf
• Broker credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to your records is restricted at the database level to you
• You can disconnect your broker, export your data, or ask us to erase your account at any time

The Privacy Policy sets out in full what we collect, why we collect it, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the rights you hold as a Data Principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

9. General Market Notice

Securities markets carry risk. The value of an investment can go down as well as up, and past performance is not indicative of future results. The Platform describes a portfolio that you acquired through your own decisions and holds at your own broker, and it has no effect on the value or outcome of that portfolio. Any risk you carry in the market is a risk between you, your broker, and the market, and it remains yours.

10. Platform Availability and Technology

The Platform is software, and software fails. You accept that:

• The Platform may be unavailable, delayed, or degraded because of maintenance, defects, network conditions, or a failure at a third-party provider
• A sync may fail or lag, so what you see may not reflect the current state of your broker account
• Notifications and alerts may be delayed or may not be delivered
• No security measure is absolute, and we cannot guarantee that the Platform is free of defect or intrusion

Because the Platform does not execute orders, an interruption cannot cause an order of yours to fail. If you need to act on your account while the Platform is unavailable, use your broker directly.

11. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Every decision you take about your own money
• Verifying anything material against your broker, your depository, or another primary source before you rely on it
• Your own tax position, your own reporting obligations, and your own compliance with the law that applies to you
• The security of the account you hold with us and with your broker
• Obtaining professional advice where you need it, from someone licensed to give it

12. Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this statement, and in particular that you understand:

• Quantrast is not a broker, holds no broking licence, and facilitates no trading
• The Platform examines and explains a portfolio that already exists at your broker
• All outputs are indicative and are for information and education only
• Nothing on the Platform is financial advice or a recommendation of any kind
• Every investment decision, and its outcome, is yours alone
